Airliner terms of use

Last updated October 7, 2026

Acceptance

By downloading, installing or using Airliner, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app. No account or click-through agreement is needed beyond this page.

License

Airliner is provided free of charge and supported by optional tips. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app on Macs you own or control. You may not resell it, redistribute it as your own, or remove or alter its branding.

No warranty

Airliner is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Use of the app is entirely at your own risk. We do not guarantee that Airliner will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or compatible with every Mac, audio device, AirPlay receiver or macOS version, including future macOS updates that may change how it behaves.

Limitation of liability and assumption of risk

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hit the Deck Software and the developers of Airliner are not responsible or liable for any damage to your Mac or other systems or devices, loss or corruption of data, loss of profits or business, interruption of service, damage to speakers, headphones or hearing from playback volume, or any other direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app or this website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. You are responsible for keeping backups of anything important on your Mac. If the law where you live does not allow some of these limits, they apply only as far as the law permits.

Radio stations and third-party content

Airliner plays internet radio streams that are run by third-party broadcasters and listed in community-maintained directories and playlist collections. We do not operate, review or control those stations or lists, and we do not guarantee that any station is available, accurate, lawful in your location, or suitable for you. Station names, logos, song information and album art belong to their owners and may be inaccurate or offensive. Airliner is a listening app: it does not record, save or redistribute streams, and you are responsible for how you use any stream.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you and with the terms of any broadcaster, directory or service you use through Airliner, and for the permissions you grant to Airliner in macOS.

Tips

Airliner is free to use in full. Tips made through Buy Me a Coffee are voluntary and non-refundable, and do not create any support contract, service-level agreement or ownership stake in the software.

Third-party trademarks

Apple, Mac, macOS, AirPlay, Spotify, Radium and all other names and marks mentioned are trademarks of their respective owners. Airliner is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them or by any radio broadcaster.

Changes and termination

We may change, discontinue or stop supporting Airliner at any time, for any reason, without notice. It is maintained on a best-effort basis. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Privacy and questions

See the privacy page for how Airliner handles data. For questions about these terms, email info@airlinerapp.com.
